To Attention of the Final-Year Students!

To obtain a diploma and a diploma supplement, you must, during your final year of study but no later than six months before graduation, verify the accuracy of your personal data together with the dean's office inspector and complete the Consent for Personal Data Processing form. 

To expedite the verification process, it is advisable to have copies of the following documents with you:

·        Passport,    

·         Foreign passport, 

·        Identification code, 

·         Document confirming previous education (certificate of completed secondary education or diploma).
